Et medlem kontakter fagforeningen for at søge hjælp til en arbejdsrelateret problemstilling (stress, mobning, overbelastning mv.) En faglig konsulent vurderer, om det pågældende medlem er berettiget til et samtaleforløb. Hvis det er tilfældet, henviser konsulenten til Psykologfirmaet Kirsten Draiby.

Medlemmet får et samtaleforløb på fem samtaler hos en af vore psykoloer. Den faglige organisation betaler samtaleforløbet.

Medlemmet udfylder et anonymt spørgeskema. Psykologfirmaet udvikler, distribuerer og bearbejder spørgeskemaet.

Evalueringsrapport pg samarbejdsmøder

En gang årligt udarbejder Psykologfirmaet Kirsten Draiby en evalueringsrapport med udgangspunkt i de indsamlede data fra spørgeskemaerne og den viden, de implicerede psykologer har om specifikke problemstillinger ved denne faggruppes medlemmer.

Parter fra fagforeningen og psykologerne i psykologfirmaet afholder et eller to samarbejdsmøder om året for løbende at opsamle samt dele brugbar viden, der kan give fagforeningen indsigt i de særlige problematikker, der ses på netop dette felt.

An example of an agreement of cooperation

A member contacts the trade union to get help in a work related issue (stress, bullying, work overload, etc.). A professional consultant within the union assesses if the member in question is due to a therapy course. If that is the case, the consultant refers the member to Psykologfirmaet Kirsten Draiby.

Trade union members will get a therapy course consisting of five consultations with one of our psychologists. The trade union pays for the therapy course.

Trade union members answer an anonymous questionnaire. Psykologfirmaet develop, distribute and asses the questionnaire.

 

Report of evaluation and cooperation meetings

Once a year Psykologfirmaet Kirsten Draiby will compose a report of evaluation with focal point in the amassed data from the questionnaires and the knowledge, the implied psychologists has gained about the specific issues of the concerned trade unions members.

Parties from the trade union and the psychologists from Psykologfirmaet will once or twice a year conduct a cooperation meeting, as to continuously gather and share useful knowledge, which can give the trade union insights in the specific issues addressed in their exact field of profession.
